At MADE Hoops, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange or refund process fast and simple.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and a refund or exchange once our warehouse processes the return.
